For help with Killzone FPV, email killzonefpv@pm.me. Include the device, operating-system version, app version, controller or radio model, and a short description of what happened. Never send a password, verification code, payment credential, private key, seed phrase, or full card number.

Controller and ExpressLRS help

The iOS app supports controllers exposed through Apple’s Game Controller framework and ExpressLRS WiFi Joystick on supported ELRS 3.4+ or 4.x transmitters. Pair a standard controller in iPhone Settings, or follow the app’s Direct Radio Wi-Fi or Home Wi-Fi instructions for ExpressLRS.

If the app sees your controller but the channels move incorrectly, run the complete calibration wizard and move every requested control through its full range. You can also create a local controller diagnostic report from the setup screen and attach that JSON file to your support email.

Accounts and purchases

Use the Restore Store Purchase button in the app when moving to a new device or reinstalling. For purchase-delivery problems, include the provider and the non-secret order or transaction reference from your receipt. Signed-in pilots can download their data or permanently delete their account from Account & Security.
