Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Killzone FPV, including the website, browser simulator, online features, and any related native app or account service (the “Service”). The Service is operated by IHD LLC under the Killzone FPV brand.

2. Free use and accounts

Core flight and public multiplayer may be used without an account. An account is required for Killzone Pro and other account-bound features. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, keeping your sign-in methods secure, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

You must be at least 13 years old, or meet the higher minimum age required where you live, to create an account or purchase Killzone Pro. The Service is not directed to children under 13.

3. Killzone Pro purchase

Killzone Pro is a one-time Founding Pro purchase currently offered at USD $10.49 plus applicable tax. It is intended to provide lifetime access to the currently offered Founding Pro package while the relevant Service remains available, subject to these Terms and any suspension or termination rights below. It is not a subscription and does not automatically renew. Pro access is linked to the Killzone account used during checkout and is activated only after the payment evidence is verified.

For card and wallet checkout, Killzone uses Stripe Managed Payments. The checkout and receipt identify the transaction as “Sold through Link,” and Sold through Link, LLC acts as the Merchant of Record. Link’s consumer and purchase terms, refund policy, tax treatment, and transaction-support process also apply to that transaction. Killzone does not receive or store your full card number.

For a direct Bitcoin or Monero checkout, the checkout displays the network, destination, and exact amount to send. You are responsible for using the displayed network and destination and sending the exact amount before the quote expires. Crypto payment errors may be irreversible.

4. License and Service changes

Subject to these Terms and any verified entitlement, IHD LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and Killzone Pro features for your own lawful use. You do not receive ownership of the Service, its code, models, maps, art, audio, or other content.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, including online capacity and particular maps or features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain unchanged. We will not describe an unshipped feature as part of the paid package merely to make a sale.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, attack or disrupt the Service, bypass access or entitlement controls, impersonate another pilot, manipulate competitive results, reverse engineer protected production artifacts, scrape private data, or upload content that is unlawful, abusive, malicious, or infringing.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, security risk, unlawful conduct, a payment reversal, or a material breach of these Terms. We will preserve any rights and remedies that cannot legally be waived.

6. User content and multiplayer

You retain rights you already have in content you submit, such as a pilot name, chat message, race route, map request, or livery design. You give IHD LLC the limited rights needed to host, process, display, moderate, secure, and deliver that content as part of the Service. Do not submit content or source material you do not have permission to use.

Online play includes other people’s actions and user-generated content. We may moderate or remove content and may retain narrow security, payment, moderation, and integrity records as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes

Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory consumer right. For Stripe Managed Payments transactions, Link’s Sold Through Link terms and refund policy control the payment-side process. Before filing a chargeback, please contact Link transaction support or Killzone support so we can investigate, but you retain any rights provided by your payment method or applicable law.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information the Service processes, why it is used, how long it is retained, and how to request access, correction, deletion, or account closure.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties that the law permits us to disclaim, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This does not remove warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IHD LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or access arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for a claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to IHD LLC for the affected Killzone Pro purchase during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where a larger amount is required by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections where you live continue to apply. Any dispute will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you another forum or dispute right.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the Service, payment rails, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the version that applies. Questions and notices should be sent to killzonefpv@pm.me.
